Shipping & Returns
Please note that due to Brexit we are temporarily only accepting orders from UK customers. Anyone in Europe and beyond: we can't wait to reach you - please sign up to our mailing list at the bottom of the page for updates in the meantime.
Hopefully carbon emissions will soon be a thing of the past. But for now we cover all of the transport-related carbon emissions of all orders around two to three times over. In practical terms, for every order we receive we plant at least one tree. We do this in partnership with the NGO Tree-Nation.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges can vary according to your location and what you are buying so please check each product page's shipping info section. Shipping charges will always be displayed to you at checkout.
That said, please note that right now due to COVID-19, some shipping times may take longer than usual.
All orders are shipped to you directly by our partner brands. Because of this, you may receive more than one parcel per order.
Please note that some orders may incur additional duties and taxes. These are not within our control and are the responsibility of the customer. The carrier will contact you directly if this is the case - to find out if you should expect a duties charge please contact us with information or what you are looking to order and your location.
For customers in the UK and EU, providing your item is unworn, in its original condition and with its original tags, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs), exchange or credit note. This may not apply to made to order items so please check with us.
For customers outside the UK and EU, please email us with information on the product(s) in question and we will advise if it is possible to return the item.

We are currently unable to offer free returns on some items but if you would like to return something please get in touch and we will guide you through the process.
When returning an order we ask all customers to obtain proof of postage as we are unable to process refund/exchanges until we have received and confirmed the condition of the original items.
