Hopefully carbon emissions will soon be a thing of the past. But for now we cover all of the transport-related carbon emissions for all orders around two to three times over. In practical terms, for every order we plant at least one tree in partnership with the NGO Tree-Nation.
Shipping times can vary according to your location and what you are buying since all items are shipped to you directly by our partner brands. Please see each product page's shipping info section for details. Because of this, you may receive more than one parcel per order.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you'll love what you bought but if it doesn't float your boat or fit quite right you can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for an exchange, credit note or refund (excluding shipping costs). We are only able to accept returns for items that are unworn, in their original condition and with their original tags.
Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide further instructions on how to return your item.
When returning an order please keep hold of the proof of postage as we are unable to process refund/exchanges until we have received and confirmed the condition of the original items.
Duties & Taxes
In the UK and EU we aim to ship all orders including inclusive of VAT to avoid any surprises on your doorstop. That said, in the current we can't guarantee this so depending on your location, some orders may incur additional duties and taxes.
For orders outside the UK and EU, duties and taxes upon import are currently always the responsibility of the customer. Annoyingly this is not within our control however feel free to contact us if you would like help in finding out what sort of charges you might expect.
